Architectural Change

An application for architectural change must be submitted for any change made to the exterior of the property.  This includes (but not limited to) changes to color scheme, landscaping, style of door, deck, fence, pools, permanent play equipment, additions, etc...

Once an application is received, it will be reviewed to ensure it is complete and contains all necessary information.  Once complete, it is forwarded to the Board for review.  The review process typically takes no more than two weeks.  However, they do have up to 60 days if necessary.  Once a decision has been made, you will be notified in writing.
